I don't know about the software you want, you can of course run Windows natively.
A GTX 570 can be outfitted with 10.7.3. 3rd party not from Apple.
But at the end of the day, probably not. I'd build PC w/ the 3770 or above and not this one if it is your first Mac and exposure.
I would not make such a jump today.
